Mezo Glow: mesotherapy, nanoneedling and microneedling

Mezo Glow is cosmetic mesotherapy in which professional serums are worked into the skin with a dermapen. Depending on the cartridge, the technique is nanoneedling or microneedling.

Nanoneedling uses very fine nano tips and works only in the uppermost layers of the skin. It is gentler and the skin settles quickly afterwards. Microneedling uses fine needles at a deeper setting, so it requires more experience and more careful aftercare.

The choice of serum (for example with hyaluronic acid or peptides) and technique depends on skin type and the aim of the treatment. Depth and procedure always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and professional judgement.

• use of isotretinoin in recent months

Aftercare

• avoid make-up and touching the skin for the first 12 hours
• skip sauna, swimming pools and intense exercise for a few days
• use sun protection of SPF 30 or higher
• reintroduce acids and retinol only once the skin has settled
