What data we process and why
If you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process your name, email address, phone number if provided, and the content of your message, so that we can reply, arrange training or advise you on products.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep the data
We keep messages for a maximum of 6 months from the last communication, unless a contractual relationship results from it.
Who has access to the data
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.) and form messages are delivered by Web3Forms. These providers process the data on our behalf as processors. Transfers outside the EU are covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
