What data we process and why
If you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process your name, email address, phone number if provided, and the content of your message, so that we can reply, arrange training or advise you on products.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep the data
We keep messages for a maximum of 6 months from the last communication, unless a contractual relationship results from it.
Providing your data is voluntary, but without your name and email we cannot reply. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Who has access to the data
The following processors handle data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) – website hosting. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India) – delivers contact form messages to our email. Transfers to India are covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. On our free plan, Web3Forms keeps message history for 30 days (Web3Forms terms).
- Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) – the Gmail mailbox where messages arrive and from which we reply. Google may also process data in the USA; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava (dataprotection.gov.sk).
Photos in Results from practice
We publish client photos with their consent; the photos show only part of the face. Consent can be withdrawn at any time at [email protected]; we will then remove the photo from the website.
